Book Review Website

This week in English, 5L are working on book reviews. We are learning what we must include in a review, why they are important and how to summarise a story without giving away all the details.

We are hoping to make a review booklet to share with other form groups.

Whilst researching book reviews we found a fantastic website that allows children to write reviews for other children. We enjoyed reading what other people had to say about books we had read and we also liked reading reviews about books we had not yet read to give us an understanding as to whether or not we would enjoy the book.
